When is the Bambini Learning Center open?
We are here for you Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
When is the Daycare Center closed?
Our closure times are:
- Lower Saxony Christmas holidays
- Four days before Good Friday
- Individual bridge days and study days/hygiene days
📲 How can I find out how my child enjoyed their day at daycare?
Before the children are picked up, all parents receive the information they want directly on their smartphone via our Kigaroo app—for example, whether and how long their child slept, what they ate, and much more.
📰 Is there a Newsletter?
Yes! At the end of each month, there is a monthly review for all Bambini parents with exciting topics from the groups, photos, and information about current dates and events.
🍽️ Is food freshly cooked at the Bambini Learning Center?
Yes, we have our own cook who prepares fresh and healthy meals every day.
🌳 Is there an Outdoor Area?
Yes! Our huge outdoor area covers 1,200 square meters and offers plenty of space to play, explore, and run around.
🌍 Who are the English native speakers?
Our native speakers are educational professionals from around the world who speak English at a native level.
🚗 Where can I park my car?
There is an underground carpark with plenty of space, so dropping off and picking up is hassle-free.

It’s easy! Click on the contact form and send us a request for a return call– we will get back to you as soon as possible.
🗣️ Will my child be fluent in English after attending BLC?
Your child will understand English and gradually begin to speak in appropriate situations. First, they will develop a passive vocabulary, followed by active speaking.
👩🏫 How many employees work at the Bambini Learning Center?
We currently have 25 educational specialists working for us, plus our administration, housekeeping, and kitchen team, as well as interns and trainees.
🏡 Are there any other Bambini Learning Centers?
No, there is only one Bambini Learning Center. We are a family business and want to run our daycare center ourselves.
👶 Is there a Settling-In period?
Yes, we work according to the Berlin Settling-In model to give children a gentle and safe start.
📅 Can I also book individual days?
Yes, we offer full-time places as well as 2- or 3-day options, depending on individual needs.
📚 Is there a Preschool (Early Literacy)?
Yes! We offer an integrated preschool for the last two years before school starts – in German and English.
🎵 Does BLC offer Early Childhood Music Education?
Yes, and with a lot of passion! Our own music teacher, Alex, ensures that music is an integral part of everyday life at the daycare center and that the children are introduced to the world of sound in a playful way.
👨👩👧 Are there Parent-Teacher Conferences?
Yes, there is a regular parent-teacher conference once a year. In addition, we organize many different parent afternoons, such as BBQs, Christmas bazaars, summer parties, welcome back parties, and much more.
🗣️ Is there a child’s Develoment and Progress check meetings?
Yes! After the first six months, there is a detailed development meeting. After the initial settling-in period, there is a reflection, and we are happy to provide further discussions and consultations on request.
🎓 Are there seminars for parents?
Yes! We offer parent seminars on various topics at specific times—they are informative, exciting, and with much care.
🛒 Do you also have a multi-seater stroller carts/wagons?
Yes! We have several multi-seater stroller carts for our nursery children so that they can travel safely and comfortably.
🚍 Do you go on field trips?
Yes, we love field trips! Depending on the age of the children, we visit different places in our city, go to the theater or musicals, visit our parents at work and learn their jobs, stroll through the market, or explore the library.
Our nature and city trips for the Kindergarten children:
- Eilenriede City Forest – rustling leaves in autumn, snow tracks in winter, blossoming trees in spring, and small forest creatures in summer
- City adventures in Hanover – exciting trips to companies, doctors’ offices, dentists’ offices, and the NDR, to name just a few – here, children get a glimpse into professional life and various fields of work.
- Christmas musicals & theater visits – Experience culture and immerse yourself in magical stories
- Visit to the weekly market – colorful stalls, fresh fruit, and discover the world of food
- School visits to the International School Hannover Region (ISHR) on Lake Maschsee – an exciting day to get a taste of school life and prepare for the next step in a playful way.
Whether in nature or in the city, our children experience exciting adventures every day and gain valuable experiences at our facility!
🏫 Do you also visit schools?
Yes! Children who are to be enrolled in schools are allowed to visit the ISHR for a morning during Springtime and get a taste of what it’s like to be at school – an exciting experience!
🤝 What does Parental Involvement mean to you?
We love celebrations and are happy when our parents participate and support us!
